  • I take every measure to maintain privacy. We’ll use quieter routes, and if we pass others, I’ll follow your lead in managing the conversation.

  • Walk & Talk Therapy is adaptable. We can go at a pace that suits you, and we can stop and sit if needed.

  • If conditions aren’t suitable, we can switch to an indoor or online session instead.
